As you may already be aware, the state of Florida is requiring all high-rise (Commercial & Multi-Family) buildings to be TESTED to determine if Emergency Radio Responder Communication Systems (ERRCS) are required. If your building does not meet the minimum signal mandate, you will be required to install an Emergency Radio Responder Communication System (ERRCS) in your building by January 1, 2025 (*permits applied for by January 1, 2024).
